sure everyone knows that Fresno has problems. This city has made the
top ten "worst cities in America" lists on various subjects more than
once. Everyone has their own opinion on what the problems are. This web
site is my opinion on what & how problems should be addressed. They
may not be the right solution, but might be a step in the right
direction.
