We always give you an estimate of the total cost of the job - not an hourly cost. There will be a nominal inspection fee, which will apply toward the repair bill.

For those not living in the Long Beach, CA, area, please ship your computer, monitor and printers (all brands) via UPS, US Parcel Post, FedEx or any other carrier to us with an enclosure of $35 for the inspection fee and/or minor repair. If the repair should exceed $35, we will call you for the estimate and advise you exactly what's wrong with your unit. Our address is:
