What a PARTY !! It was truly better than we could have possibly imagined it would be. Dylan & all of the grooms - men brewed four different types of beer and a wonderful batch of spiced apple mead that we used to toast the wedding instead of champagne. There was a wonderful 5-piece band "Cisco & the Kids" that rocked all night long and the food that "Equis at Fountain Grove Inn" prepared was second to  none. When it came time to cut the cake, Jodi got a little on Dylan's mustache. Then he got her on the nose & chin. This was followed by Jodi's entire family demanding that she get to feed Dylan another piece because he got some cake down her dress. She then smashed the second piece all over him. To make things worse, later that night when everyone was staggering, Jodi's father cornered Dylan with an entire plate of cake and proceeded to cover half his body with it. Dylan got a quick lesson about what is fair play in the Salyer family ! !

We had a raucous time on the dance floor. Our first dance was a great rendition of the "Georgia Satellites" song 'Don't Give Me No Lines and Keep Your Hands to Yourself'. The band started playing the Hora and everyone lifted us onto the chairs. Jodi was slipping down the chair as she was tossed in the air, because her dress was lined in silk. Dylan on the other hand was hooting & hollaring so much we thought his eyes were going to pop out of his head. We had a hard time leaving the party. Not only because it was so much fun, but because it is so rare that we have all of our friends and family in one place. We look forward to celebrating many more wonderful events in the future with all of you. THANK YOU for your love !!
