Law that prevented marriages between races.

ISSUE

Whether law making inter-racial marriage is unconstitutional.

RATIONAL

State argued that the law was applied equally to whites and non-whites and therefore not discriminatory. But in actuallity the law only kept whites from marrying non-whites.
