Several parties had registered Skunk Works name and P brought suit blaming NSI for the problems caused with non trademark owners registering other company's trademarks.

ISSUE

Whether NSI is responsible for contributory infringement.

RATIONAL

Intentional inducement to infringe not satisfied.
No contributory infringement because NSI did not have the requisit knowledge of infringement.

NOTES

NSI just a listing organization. They don't have any involvement with the name after registration.
