ISSUE

Whether term Adventists is generic. Whether Seventh Day Adventist is a religious term that is generic or a trademark that helps set foward the religious literature, etc.

RULE

Apply commercial standards even though it is a religious organization.

RATIONAL

Taken together, Seventh Day Adventists is NOT generic.

NOTES

Seventh Day Adventists disclaimed any rights to the word Adventists - Only trying to enjoin people from using Adventists in conjunction with Seventh-day. People can use adventist on its own.
