All property goes half to each parent, or if one parent is dead, all to surviving parent; if no parent to descendants of parents; if no parents would divide equally between all living grandparents (half of separate only if survinvg parent, parents or issue) If children, parent, or descendants of parents surviving then half of separate to spouse. If none of above, then all of separate to surviving spouse. If no grandparents, goes to great grandparents and their descendants: use civil law system with a parentalic preference
