The will is automatically invalid if property is left following people: the attorney that drafted the will relatives, employees, persons that co-habitate with the drafter parterns, shareholders, employees of the attorney that drafted the will person in a fiduciary relationship which has an interest EXCEPTION: if the testator is related to the beneficiary the will is reviewed by an independant attorney Allegations must be made within 120 days
