About Me

When you invest in coaching you create an intention to enhance your life path and move toward the most important things you care about. I wish you the best experiences you can have in your personal journey, with me, other coaches or any form of expansion that fits your temperament.

Ø            Meyers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBPTI)

Ø            The Enneagram

Ø            Integrated Awareness (IA) with Lansing Gresham

Ø            Life path insight through the Tarot with Angeles Arrien

Ø            Consensus decision making with Caroline Estes and Ellen Hertzman

Ø            Men’s groups and intensive weekends

Ø            Creative writing with Claire Drucker

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering in Oregon and then worked at technology companies in the San Francisco bay area as an engineering writer, applications engineer and circuits analyst during the 80’s and 90’s.

Special interests have included traditional Balkan folk music and dance, mountain hiking, carpentry and building projects, flying sailplanes, photography, tennis, country walking in Scotland, creative writing, visual mixed media such as collage and Nero Wolfe mystery novels by Rex Stout.

I’m grateful for the teachers, coaches, mentors and friends I have learned with along the way in my personal journey. The time I spent choosing to be with them has enriched me inwardly, and that, in turn, has enriched my experiences outwardly. Sometimes it is immediate and direct. Other times it takes years and I don’t notice or appreciate it fully until much later.
