This is the perfect site for the estate planning enthusiasts. Not only does this site have hundreds of questions covered in six "FAQ" pages, there are also in depth articles, online slide presentations, and an estate tax calculator. Most of the answers to the FAQ questions are very short and to the point which makes it easy to get the information you need. In the Online Presentation department, viewers can learn about estate planning and living trusts, choosing a beneficiary of your IRA, and charitable remainder trusts. The presentations are in slide show format and almost as good as being at your attorney's office getting a personal presentation. Each slide is accompanied with graphics and a text description. The first presentation is intended to be viewed by families interested in estate planning and is estimated to take about 30 minutes. This presentation begins with demonstrating the consequences of not having an estate plan and then examining six different types of plans. The presentation rules out the five other estate planning possibilities and concentrates on why a living trust is the best option. The other two presentations are also well done and provide a wealth of information. There is a very good article on the Generation Skipping Transfer Tax which explains this complicated subject in easy to understand terms (and most sites do not have information on the GST). Other articles are very informative and on subjects not often found on estate planning web sites.
RELEVANCY
The information presented on this site provides an essential background to estate planning. The articles provide deeper coverage of selected topics. This site is an excellent choice for the estate planning beginner.

APPEARANCE
Overall the site has a professional look and feel. The main page could be improved by listing the subjects covered near the top of the page, instead of making the user scroll down to see the content of the site.
EASE OF USE
