Arturo Devlin's Estate
Boriz and Goriz at the Devlin Hunting Preserve
In an area of approximately 20 square
kilometers of "Q-Hog heaven," the Devlin Estate occupies a pre-eminent
spot in the north west sector of Conzec Board. From Devlin's End -- the
ancestral home of Arturo's family -- located on a low hill looking out over
The Lake to the city of Krania, the property takes up a 3 kilometer swath
extending the entire 7 kilometer width of Conzec Board to its outer edge
at the Greenz.
"Never underestimate the value of a good
Q-Hog," Razon Devlin once told his young son Arturo, and Arturo took
this advice seriously. As one of the top breeders of warthogz for use in
the sport of Flezz,
Arturo's Q-Hogz are among the largest and most dangerous in The Quadrant
(yearly income from leasing the infamous Boriz and Goriz to Flezz stadiums
of the Q alone runs into the millions of quadits).
Devlin's End
Visit Arturo's beautiful "old style" turreted home. With a
main vaulted hall featuring a spiral staircase, and approximately 25 rooms,
Devlin's End boasts many comforts, including an AirSkimmer
Pad on the roof and a boathouse on The Lake.
The Hunting Lodge
Touted as the best hunting venue in The Quadrant, Arturo's private hunting
preserve offers the descriminating hunter 15 square kilometers of the fattest
pheasant and the most ferocious Q-Hog "Huntz"
available. Positioned in the forested center of the preserve, The Hunting
Lodge provides every amenity, including rudimentary quarters for housing
up to 20 beaters.
