The Quarter
Before Krania Tower was built, The Quarter
was The Quadrant's commercial and cultural center. Now a genteel bohemian
district, The Quarter is home to many of The Inztitut's students and Dons,
as well as trendy Designerz
and other members of the cultural avant-garde who inhabit its still elegant
flats and garrets.
If you're looking to find an argument about
the Accelerationist
agenda, want to debate the finer points of Relaxationist theory, or just
want to stand by a pedway
and have your say, you'll find every opportunity in the pubs and koffeehouses
of The Quarter.
The QuadNot Pub
Located in the heart of The Quarter, the QuadNot is the favorite watering
hole for all of its denizens. Offering "distinctive entertainments,"
and the finest ales in The Quadrant, the QuadNot is home to students, Inztitut
Dons, local bohemians, an occasional twisted Private,
and even members of the Underground.
Be sure to check the VidBoard for all the latest "interpersonal"
communications.
Prodigal "only" son of the fabulously wealthy Milo and Alicia
Zerb, Sergei's engaging personality regularly enthralls all proprietors
(and many others) in The Quarter, and his lavish apartments reflect a special
brand of heedless hedonism.
Before the Great
Purges when history was in fashion, the Amazon Ballroom was once the
"Grande Dame" of Krania theatres. It now plays host to avant-garde
musicians and Performantz Artists like the zany "Grimaldo."
