Recon 3
First of the Outer Boardz, with a population
of 800,000. Living conditions are crowded and basic services often break
down due to lack of maintenance. Populated mostly by "Functionals"
who work long hours servicing the speedtube
system and climate control equipment, Recon 3 is rougher and more violent
than the Inner Boardz, as the proliferation of small inexpensive Chem Bars and Plezhurr
Domes testifies.
The PharmaKoop
Centrally located near QSU 15 in the south west sector of Recon 3, the
PharmaKoop is the largest and most popular Chem Bar in The Quadrant.
Curio shop and home of Galadrina the fortune teller, located in the
north west sector, near QSU 14. Some say she "knows more" than
she lets on, and others think she's merely a charlatan.
Greenbelt 4
Park separating Reconz 3 and 4. Water and landscaping services are tightly
rationed and it shows. The Stunz and The Blaadz frequently fight gang wars
here, and it is a known meeting place for Underground operatives.
